Tender British beef and smoked bacon lardons, marinated in red wine, thyme and rosemary, slowly braised until tender with carrots, button mushrooms and baby onions.

A delicious, classic French stew that could be served with mashed potato, plain or with a hint of Dijon mustard for the more adventurous and works equally well with boiled new potatoes.

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
