Slow cooked ground beef and black beans in our guajillo and ancho chilli mole, with a hint of cinnamon and bitter chocolate.

A family favourite which can be served simply with long grain rice or great with lime and chopped coriander stirred through. If you want a quick mid-week treat, serve with jacket potatoes or if you want to indulge, go for fully loaded nacho’s and bake with cheese

Preparation & Heating Instructions

Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Once defrosted, pour product into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Serve immediately.
