During September, award-winning Mexican burrito restaurant Chilango descended upon SW19 to talk strategy. Chilango’s senior management team took two days away from their busy schedules to base themselves in leafy Wimbledon to plan the next phase of their operations.

The original Chilango, an authentic Mexican burrito restaurant, was founded in 2007 with its first site in Upper Street. Their strong ethic of customer service and delicious food has seen Chilangos pop up all over London, with nine restaurants now peppered across London.

‘Chilango’ is a Mexican slang demonym for residents of Mexico City, and reflects the brand’s commitment to authenticity.

Chilango and Mustard Foods have worked closely together since 2007 and continue to support each other’s growth in the casual dining sector.
